Anybody know what it means when a 4 month old female kitten nibbles on your nose and licks/sniffs at your mouth in the early AM hours?

She sleeps with us and a 5yr. old Maine Coon male. The kitten sleeps till about 5:30am and then starts on your face with the nibbles, licks and sniffs on your nose and mouth.

Also has anyone tried the Felidae "all life stage cat food"? Having 2 cats such different ages 1 food would be great.
