Transition from KoA1 to KoA2.

greenspun.com : LUSENET : MAME Action Replay : One Thread

I realize this is jumping the gun quite a bit, with KoA1 still going and a third person still undecided, but this still needs to be brought to the attention of MARPers who are interested in playing in KoA2.

As you all have probably noticed, KoA1 has been going on for around four and a half months, and who knows how long it will still go. My question is: After KoA1, how long do you want to wait until KoA2? One month to rest up; two months; a week (really extreme choice, though), however long you want.

I have some other issues that I've discussed with gameboy9 and Vaz, but they will wait for another time. In a couple of hours from now, I'm heading to West Virginia and I'll be there until either Tuesday or Wednesday, but when I get back, hopefully there will be a third coordinator and we can set up public meetings to discuss any problems with rules (that is, if it's ok with the other coordinators :) )

Happy New Year!

JD, I think 10 days to play a game ( this can possibly accomodate domestic ' stuff ' ), and a day or two respite before the next game is announced.

Hopefully more of the ' Big Guns ' will play this time.....

I would like to start KoA2 to start immediately after KoA1 finishes. Also one week per round is good, that's maybe 5 days game/upload time and 2 days between each round. This is probably unrealistically fast though, Alex's suggestion is fine.

KoA1 has been far too slow and every round since the 'BadLands' game when McLean pulled out I sort of wonder to myself if I can really be bothered.
