I cannot hazard a guess. However, I have a question for those knowledgable about news articles written by Poe. Can anyone point me to an article about lynching that Poe did for a NY paper? Much thanks

Nobody will ever know. People could try to coulnt but it still wouldent be correct. Some of his poems and storys he had burned or lost and never found. So there could be poems or things that havent been found and recorded yet, so there is no correct answer.
