I was doing a search a few days ago, and found this page, which I think you all would find interesting (and supportive of what you no doubt already believed). This explains the confession of a modern 'inclusive language' Bible translator who admits to being pressured by special interest groups to produce scripture which favors the special group, at the expense of accuracy and literalness. What is really fascinating to me is that this is from a Roman Catholic web site, not a Protestant/Evangelical. I wasn't aware of this, but apparently the Vatican rejected a 'new' inclusive translation because of its lack of accuracy to the original languages. The link is:
