Behind closed doors "crocks" friendly

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

Contrary to reports circulating in the National press, I can exclusively reveal (well, until it's nicked forThe Daily Toon) that this friendly is in fact a game between the crocks, and not to ease them back into competitive soccer. So, the expected line ups are: NUFC
Given Serrant Goma Dabizas Domi (well, he'll be crocked as soon as YBR gets hold of him) Lee Hamilton Bassedas Gallacher Cort Shearer
Of these, only Bassedas may be ineligible to play as his injury didn't prevent him from turning out for the first team on Tuesday. On the ManUre front, I expect them to field:
Bosnazi Johnsen May Stam Butt Cole Sheringham
I realise that the Manure team is a bit light, but I'm sure Fergie will find a good enough excuse (BTW, did any of you get the 1001 Great Excuses book by SAF for Christmas?). However, if we wait until after Saturday, there'll be a lot more out - especially with injured pride.

Breaking news

Fergie may well draft himself into the crocks team. It's being reported (no doubt as an exclusive by thge DT) that he fell doon the steps of the dugoot at the weekend. That'll teach the bugger to continuously look at his bliddy wrist watch. He should look where he's gannin'. Daft tw@t.

What is the beef with the DT, I read on a previous thread ITK, Rik and Clarky doing the "bags at twenty paces" thing. Is there some history?

You can add Irwin to the Manure team...phoenix

Thanks Pheonix. At this rate, I expect Fergie to knee a couple of his bairns in the nadgers just so he can put oot a full team.

Syme - Ignore the feuding clans. They'll kiss and mek up one o' these days.

I don't where all this feuding is coming from.....nowt to do wi me pal.......there's only one person I've got any feud with round here, and he ain't one of God's own Geordies that's for sure......I think we all know who that is.......

Mind you, I might just start on Rik again if he keeps going on about the ficticious(sp) leather trousers I haven't got....nor have ever had!

I thought Screacher's opening remark was down to the fact that we will nick anything from anywhere for the Daily Toon site....we aren't proud, but unlike some other sites around (those that end .com particularly) we admit to the fact that we do it.....they just drivel and drop and if they are found out, they bluster it away under yet another attack on the .cock site to deflect their own shortcomings.
