I got some clothes (yipee *@#!) and a book; GUNS, GERMS & STEEL - A Short History of Everybody for the Last 13 Thousand Years. It appears to be a very good book so far.

Oh and a watermelon with a bottle of Midori - hic - poured inside of it. Hic, it goes down well while sitting on the couch watching Australia thrash the West Indies. Hic.

Hi again Gav! Yes I do seem to be invisible.....on here anyway. I didn`t even manage a whole matchday thread on Tuesday....that has to be a first!

I am now in the enviable position of being able to say `my other computer`s a laptop`, and so far this week I`ve only managed about 30 seconds to plug it in and see if it works! The rest of the holiday has been spent running back and forwards to the Chemist`s, the Doctor`s and the Vet`s, and staying sober (well someone has to be in a fit state to drive, don`t they).

Roll on the 2nd January when hopefully I get a portion of my life back! I`ll be doing my Rick Wakeman impressions in the kitchen - iron in one hand, typing with the other!(;o)

I got a new lap top, but it's got some virus on the hard drive. Something called a DT?

Also got a new scanner, a couple of books to scan and a 4ft Duke Nukem gun.
