I'm just going to nitpick about the bright leaf in the background, and the bit of glare off the cap of the large mushroom on the left, wondering if some kind diffuser would have helped cut down on the glare. Good spotting to find a subject that tells its own "story".

Beautiful arrangement of your subject. Colors are impressive. What film did you use?

I liked the soft green leaves in the background because the color sets off the other colors in the pic. I donno--on my screen there's isn't a too-bright spot caused by the leaves. Might be different on somebody else's screen.

But I agree that a diffused might have helped the glare and brought out the details on "Poppa." Very nice though. Kate
