I have this virus and to date it won't allow me to open any anti-virus program. can anyone help me?

Susan, I had the same virus a month ago, the fix-it spider has, didn`t solve it entirely, i ended up doing a software upgrade just to get by this virus/worm, prepare to deal with frustration , it`s difficult to fix. good luck
