VCD v1.0 and V2.0 video is exactly the same at 1150 Kb/sec the difference between the two standards is thhat version 2 supports info and picture discs. To create V2 picture disks use the freeware program VCDEasy, found with any search on the web. regards Dick, Norwich, Norfolk, UK
