I'm travelling back to England for Xmas tomorrow (first time this year) and was delighted to get tickets for the Toon end. I'm going with my old man whose not too good on his feet. Can someone offer any advice on parking arrangements at Pride Park for the disabled?. Attempts at contacting Derby have so far been unsuccesful, the man responsible is off-sick apparently. I'm also taking my Dutch girlfriend for her first ever United game. Shes thrilled to pieces and is busy learning Blaydon Races (got to work on the accent though). Really looking forward to being amongst the black'n'white again.

There is a fair bit of parking right by Pride Park and I imagine that some spaces have been exclusively allocated for Disabled Parking, after all they have to do that to legally open the stadium for events/matches.

I'm going with a mate who is a Derby fan! Where do you lot park? I usually go in the Eagle Centre and get the bus to the ground but the city centre will be heaving on Saturday so I'm looking for an alternative. Any ideas?

Apparently there is designated away fans parking at Derby. To be honest I don't fancy putting my car in a place where Derby fans know they can trash a few cars without hurting their own supporters' cars.

I was going to try somewhere down London Road.
