I noticed you were asking about Margarita Island. Good BJ at the Hilton there with a very trackable one pass shuffle. I believe the limit though is max bet $100 US.

I will probably go to Biloxi instead, since the limit is $100. Does anyone on the board know anything about BeauRivage? I'm planning a trip that will include stopping for two days in Tunica on the way down, then staying four days at Beau, then driving back to Tunica for two more days before driving on home. I'm wondering if Beau has a trackable shuffle; and also if I can expect to get a suite comped for $100 average bets. If anyone is interested, I have been to Wendover and Tunica twice in the past month, and could provide sketchy updates. jim

Jim, It sounds like you are diving all the way to the gulf of Mexico ! do you do that by yourself? How many driving hours is it ?

G-man mentioned that wendover has some dealers giving 85%+. what spread can you get away with ?

It's a long drive to the Gulf, that's why I'm stopping in Tunica. I can drive to Tunica in 9 hours; then the drive from Tunica to the Gulf is about 7 hours, so it makes two fairly easy driving days, with overnight stops in Tunica both ways. I will probably have my wife with me, and possibly my daughter. We make the drive to Tunica often, but have never gone on down to Biloxi. The wendover game is, without a doubt, the best SD game in the U.S. right now. I was there for four days two weeks ago; When it is not crowded, you can get rule of seven heads up, and sometimes better. With several people at the table, it is usually rule of six, but I got some dealers going 3x4 and 4x3, five rounds to two is common, and some dealers will just deal until they know they can't complete another round. Spreads in green were tolerated, with some cover, up to $250, and I think I could have gone bigger, but I'm just wary of blowing this game, so I kept it conservative. I've heard of people playing up to $300 with no trouble, but I know a couple of guys who got barred here for spreading less than that. They were jumping bets from $25 to 125 with no cover, and deserved what they got. There are no trackable games, since they eliminated the only shoe game recently, which was DX. If you plan a trip there, let me know and I will supply info on each casino. jim
