Carolina Southern Railway Company

I have some deeds in 1890 where this line was aquiring land in Chesterfield County, SC. Does anybody know if this line was part of the Seaboard Air Line that ran to Columbia or the ACL running to Florence?

The Carolina Southern Railway was neither ACL nor SAL. It was chartered in 1890 to build a line south out of Cheraw, but was never built and the charter lapsed.
