Shaka is originally from Trinidad, or maybe Tobago. I think, maybe. Kenny Wharton is from Cruddas Park which, despite not receiving official recognition from the U.N. is quite unlike any other country I've visited.

Well Dan got Matt Holland. In 1937-46 there was a J Denmark. During the war there was Mr English (not sure if that counts though).
