What a shower!

2 - 1 down against Crystal Palace.

Hilarious, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Thank f@ck for that!

I was having serious nightmares about them winning that this year.for them to win something before us would be too much to stomach. I'm surprised though cos I thought they would win tonight.

Nice to see lots of previously smug Mackems whining about team spirit and commitment on RTG at the mo. Looks like were not the only ones with a London jinx eh?

Was'nt watching or listening to it either. Were they shite or what?

Rank! An absolute joy to watch.

Couldn't expect them to give their all though, after all their Xmas piss up had been postponed for this game. Looked like half of them had been on the bevvy anyway.

Andy - they were sh*te.

This was no fluke result - Palace were simply the better team. The hackem defense was awful, and were pulled all over the place by Palace strikers Morrison and Forsell who were fast, tricky and direct. They hit the crossbar twice before getting the winner.

Very enjoyable pre-Xmas entertainment.

Xmas has come early for the Buff, Morrision eh, is that one of Tre`s Clinton or Hayden? . Clink glasses on that result Pit Bull!!! Yes

-- Anonymous, December 19, 2000

Yes Buff, Clinton Morrison is one of Tre's recommedations, as is Hayden Mullins. Mullins was also playing, but didn't shine anything like as much as Morrison. I also liked the look of the Fin, Michael Forsell - on long-term loan from Chewsee.

They also had a lad called Black, that they bought from Arsenal for £500k, who had a cracking game on the left of midfield.

Actually, 3-1 or 4-1 would be been a better reflection of the game.

currently getting 2-1, 2-1 quoted at me on the RTG board which is very funny

Mac, erstwhile professional gamblers tend to keep a low profile and *don`t go off the rails*, shouting the odd* , to opposition punters* looks like a Stewards* enquiry for you from the Racecourse Twats Group*, result stands, Toon Army to weigh in* Off at Market Rasen,

Mac, 1..Name the longest race in the flat racing season.

2.Professional gamblers racing, I seem to remember somewhere in this mind of mine which is full of useless info that in the 60` a list of professional gamblers was produced, the feedback really opened my eyes, so giving it away, *NAME HIM,

BY THE WAY THEY LIKE TO BE CALLED 'TACKEMS,' TO CELEBRATE THEIR CAR TWOCING SKILLS!

SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS LOCK, BUT IM PISSED OFF, THAT YOU HAVEN'T REFFERED TO THEM CORRECTLY. EVERY CULTURE DESERVES AN IDENTITY. PLEASE EMPATHISE WITH THEIR SITUATION!

I've been trying to get them started over at the RTG but its too late to get thenm to bit tonight....have to try properly tomorrow.

I couldn't resist using the Super Palace go Balistic Makems are atrocious line on them. I'm also trying to get them to start boycotting Morrison's - the same as they did with Sugar Puffs - until they apologise for Clinton scoring against them......

nice to read about your wee sojourns into the swamp of the unwashed Ken, I cleansed myself about a month ago by mutilating their bookmark, and taking note of Messrs Clarky and Jonno whose views on the subject made me think, why should a 60 year old pillar of the community get involved with barmpots, I will have you know at times I was on the brink of cyber violence ,and had the card marked for Dog/Slim and the prat from the Home Counties, Herts, they were easy confused.

Buff

Queen Alexandra Stakes at Ascot is the longest race I can think of. Shockingly they are planning to change the layout of the flat course at Ascot over the winter and the new starting position for the QA race means it won't be the longest anymore. Righteous indignation in royal circles.

I'd guess your punter is Alex Bird but I'm not sure.

Buff

I post occasionally post as MacBeth on RTG just to show I'm there. Occassionaly come across that nice Dougal.

The best thought I've had is to be a Palace support and do a 2-1 FTM and suggest M is for Mackem. Having been banned last week for suggesting there wouldn't have been many Mackems there when it was postponed as it was only a Cup match, I suspect FTMackems would be too much.

I've been posting on there this morning. I do it every now and then just for a laugh!
