Dyer wants to stay

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

The Journal this morning reports "a source close to YKD" saying he is happy on Tyneside and doesn't want to leave. It says he is aware of the rumours linking him to all the top Clubs in Europe, but has had no direct contact from any of them, and isn't interested anyway.

It says he has a special relationship with Bobby Robson, who he admires and respects - despite being given 'a good sorting' by him at HT on Saturday.

Nice words to hear after recent alleged utterings by some of our players.

But Domi's gone AWOL. Didn't come back from a weekend in France and has missed training yesterday and today. YBR is said to be fuming after sticking his neck out on his behalf last week after the 365 story. "He won't be hear much longer" says the Ronnie.

or even "here" much longer before you all jump in:-))

Domi's is gone I think. The question is now, what's he worth?
He's a cracking player but I don't rate him as a man. I think he should be ashamed of himself.
He's a £8 player but I'd settle for what we paid for him.

Is YBR about to spit his Domi out :-))

Good headline cliff

I wouldn't be surprised if PSG were behind the scam. Their new coach is an admirer of Domi and may well of instructed him via his old pal Anelka on how to go about making a swift return to Paris. First you slag off the club, then you go AWOL, then you return and look miserable, doing just enough to avoid a fine, but not enough to warrant a place in the first team. The result of which is the manager wants you out of the club as soon as possible and a lowish bid from PSG for their former player is accepted. Makes you wonder wether or not Newcastle have tried the same scam with Ginola?

Why? I reckon he's a cracking bloke but not that good a player!

Rik, the thought that Anelka could be having a slightly negative influence on Domi has crossed my mind. They're good friends. Not sure I'd go so far as to think it would be a plot on PSG's part, but who knows in the greedy world of footy dealings?

Whatever it is ciara, something is going on. Something smells, and I wouldn't rule out the involvement of the Anelka mafia. Tossers!

"He's an £8 player but I'd settle for what we paid for him."

Wow! Did we buy him for a fiver or something? :-)

Get rid of the twat now. I liked him as a player (when he wanted to play) but now he has become an irriatation to the club offload him. It's kinda like that lad that was going out with your sister, when everything was going well he was a nice lad. when things went south and the poor sister is telling you what a wanker he is you want to kill him. I am not saying that I see Newcastle as me sister but... oh never mind I'll get me coat.

I think most of us would settle for Domi out, Harte in...?

According to the mirror - he's had death threats from toon fans.

For gods sake man - just come out and say you want to leave. I can see him staying in Paris with Anelka, claiming he is to frightened to come back to Tyneside.

Tossers too kind.
