So where'd you hear it?

And yes at the moment I'd take the two of them for Given.....

Swift, Alan Stubbs main priority is his health following a re-occurrance of his testicular cancer, the guy is a battler , lets hope he will play again, aint going to be this year, A few other clubs are after Burchill at 1.5 mill , he is pacy, got an eye for goal but needs a Shearer/Cort type alongside, not as a replacement for

I thought Stubbs was still undergoing treatment for cancer. Besides Steve Harper is a canny lad but is he really Premiership class?

heard it from a journo

no idea about stubbs, apparently bobby has admired him for ages, burchill apparently hasn't signed anything with anyone. thats all i know...

personally speaking i think buying from scotland is risky unless you get the very best - these two aren't really, even though they are good players.

Stevo, Stubbs got the all clear, played two games and it re-appeared in the "other one", he is on chemotherapy at present and as a caring club Celtic gave him a extension to his contract to take the pressure off him.

Oh Lordy.....robbing Peter to pay Paul. Lack of defenders, lack of forwards, excess of midfield battlers (nominally), so we are supposed to go paper thin on keepers to "help us out of the crisis". You would be under a moral obligation to riot.

The very fact that Stubbs is mentioned in this rumour makes it just that - BS. Forget it.
I still wouldn't mind taking Burchill mind for the sort of money that's being mentioned.

Burchill to sign for Brum City.

I'd be surprised to see Given go at this point in time. However, in the future, with Matt Clarke available from Bradford it may happen.

with the lack of craft in the midfield i'd be surpised to see a givengo the rest of this season

If you'd been there on Saturday George you'd have seen quite a few actually.

Buff. Fingers crossed for the big-nosed scouser. Credit to Celtic for offering him the contract.

Let Given go, and you can be sure that Harper will be injured immediately. It`s the sort of thing that happens to us! I think we should keep them both. Please. (:o)
