Two blokes were in a restaurant when they noticed a woman coughing uncontrollably. They walked up to her and one asked, "Hey can you speak?" Spluttering she shakes her head clutching her throat. He then asks "Can you breathe?" Again the woman shakes her head. "Don't worry" says one of the men, "we're here to help you." And with that he pulls her skirt up and her pants down, turns her round, bends her over and licks her a*se. The woman was that shocked that she starts to cough and up came a piece of gristle. The man says to his mate, "You see, I told you that hind lick manoeuver really does work."
