I heard that she has just been transferred to an assisted-living place. She has been out of ICU for several weeks but was still in hospital for more surgery plus she had acquired a serious staph infection while in the hospital. She has no phone yet in nursing home. I'll post more when I know more.

Aunt Bee, you've jumped to a conclusion this time. I lost a lot of my links (to Anita's board among them) when my computer crashed or I would've posted the question about B. there. I was concerned because I sent B. a Christmas card via snailmail and it was returned to me. There are too many boards to keep up with, and I just found out that Old Git has one now, too.

ps -- Thanks Lars! Hope she makes out with that staph infection. I have a good friend that was violently raped and a knife wound caused an incurable staph infection. Will continue to keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

I read it, and draw the same conclusion. Comments like Bee's just incite troll behavior, by claiming they are not part of the elite group that "outsiders" will ever penetrate.

Sorry, but I left that crap behind many moons ago in high school. Megatrolls voice is as unique and welcome as another. I saw nothing in the thread that "ask Rich" would have warranted her snobbery.

Guess that's why I seldom swing by any more. The board has kind of lost it's unique "flavor" of uncensored disputes and discussions. Censorship takes on many forms. Admins are the least of worries over censorship. Bully tactics have far more effect. And that is precisely what I saw by Bee's post. Tasteless and tacky comes to mind.
