Man, your negatives must be something to print, what with the blisters and the scratches. It makes me itch to think about it. We need more details about your processing. Like what film you use, and if it's 35mm, how you get it out of the cassette. Also, what concentration of chemicals you use (manufacturer's recommended or not), time, temperature, etc. And how you wash and dry (squeegee or not, heated air or not, dusty air?). You should handle wet film only where there's no useful image, as by the edges and unexposed ends. Don't heat it unless you're in a big hurry, and then only a little. Your blister problem sounds like overheating the film and the scratches like mishandling it. The emulsion is fragile, especially when wet.

Your scratches may be caused by your negative carrier.Be careful when advancing your film to the next frame.

Scratches can also come from the camera, check the interior carefully and cleanit.
