TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - In twin victories for George W. Bush (news - web sites), the Florida Supreme Court (news - web sites) ruled Tuesday that 25,000 absentee ballots challenged in two Florida counties should count in the state's contested presidential election.

Al will answer that he had nothing to do with this lawsuit. Of course if the ruling had favored him I find it difficult to believe that he would have distanced himself from it.
