I have some music concert vcd, how do i convert the audio portion to files that can be recognized and be burnt to a regular audio cd. I use Mac only. Thanks.

I dont use Mac but I used vcdcutter to split the dat file to video and mp3 file. Then either convert the mp3 to wav or just burn the mp3 straight to CD. Most CDR software allows this.
