hi there,

i'm looking for a tool which cut one mpeg file into two pieces that i could burn it as two or more vcd's? is there any software which could do this?

It's freeware and is an awesome MPEG1/2 encoder that also enables frame-accurate MPEG cutting and joining. Kevin
