"sell all yer tickets...ya couldn't sell......"

hello Screach...the Cat and Dog hotellier from Warrington has been up to his old stalking tricks again :-)...go sort him out will ya :)

Yes please. Ring me at work Screach.

LR, what about the full row of empty seats when you lot played West Ham? No such sight when we played them.

-- Anonymous, December 08, 2000

Geordie, if you're taking the ticket you want to me up with me, sting, bobby and yelli in Waterloo tomorrow morning? or will you be driving up?

-- Anonymous, December 08, 2000

Gav, I'll be on the train to Waterloo. There's delays at Basingstoke caused by a landslide. I'll be setting off early to get there by 10 - 10:30

-- Anonymous, December 08, 2000

Douggie....what are you talking about..West Ham away was sold out from the ticket office. Do yourself a favour.....ring our ticket office and attempt to get an away brief...but make sure you have your season ticket...and yer tokens from this season AND last :)

Yer in myth land....again....ALL our tickets get sold...if folk don't show for whatever reason don't finger us. Look at SJP last season..we had about 100 seats empty and we were only given 600......so do you think we "couldn't sell all our tickets"???

BTW...I was joshing with Screach ffs :-)

Cheers for the info Geordie, I've passed it onto Yelli....you gonna meet us there in the Coopers Arms at 11'ish?

-- Anonymous, December 08, 2000

Yep... sounds good to me. I'm out on a drinking/curry evening tonight so I'll be in no fit state to drive on Sat am.... hence the train. A couple of liveners on the way up should sort me out :-))

I hope youse lot are gonna behave yersels. It's bad enough having to look after Dougal. Are you lot straight to Drayton Arms after the Waterloo meet? Scratchy and I should hit Waterloo/South Bank about 11:30-12:00. May miss you there so likely head straight for @rse.

Why on earth are you heading all the way down to waterloo Screach?

-- Anonymous, December 08, 2000

LR, I got that from Richard Kurt's column. Question - does Red Issue peddle lies?

-- Anonymous, December 08, 2000

Er Gav, it's on the way from Chicago - well sort of, and there's a convenient free car park for Scratchy.

-- Anonymous, December 08, 2000

Douggie....why is it you have this love affair with Red Issue? Red Issue is not the de-facto for everything regarding United.

Mystic for example...sings the Submarine song with gutso...yet would moan like the rest of us at Munich songs.

Our allocation v's you guys has gone to a ballot...one day after going on sale....our allocation v's Villa has gone to a ballot. In fact EVERY away league game goes to a ballot. Like I said....empty seats can't be explained by me when the ticket office has sold out.

No, LR, not in love with Red Ish. Just like to know what I'm talking about when people start moaning about Man Yew.

talking of which see today's article "Another nail in the coffin of stadium expansion" on tickets going on general sale...

-- Anonymous, December 08, 2000

In a way I agree that any expansion now would be a mistake.....and when our fall from grace occurs..as it must at some point...the players will feel a bit funny playing to a half full stadium.
