Tanya,

In a letter to Poe's Aunt Maria Clemm on November 15, 1949, Dr. John J. Moran, the attending physician during Poe's stay in Washington College Hospital, indicated the last words spoken by Poe were, "Lord help my poor soul."

I think, when Poe died, he called for Arthur Gordon Pym´s friend Peters.

No one can be sure since Moran definitely embellished events increasingly as he went on tour talking about his famous patient's death. Poe might have never been conscious except for odd, perhaps unedifying ravings. he may have mentioned a Reynolds, may have said "If I had a friend he would blow my brains out!" if only because they seem to odd to invent, but lacking a tape no evidence can be completely trusted. He was in no condition at any rate to give history a great line.
