TOTTENHAM TICKET - Ciara

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

Ciara, are you out there?

You asked me back in August to keep you in mind for a Tottenham ticket if I happened to have a spare.

Applications are now being invited from season ticket holders so I need to know pretty sharpish whether or not you want me to apply for one for you. I will only apply if you guarantee to take it.

Let me know asap please. Ta!

Pls can I add that I have just submitted Ciara's ST application if this helps.

Thanks Mungo and Dougal!! So, no need for you to apply for me, Mungo. Very much appreciate the offer. Sounds like Dougal already has it covered. :-)

Next silly question....how are folks getting to/fm Lahn-dahn for the match? Are the trains still unreliable? Is there space on the supporters coach? Anyone driving? I'm happy to split petrol expenses.

And another thing...when is the drawing for the FAC 3rd round? That's the next match I'll be seeking a ticket for. :-)

As usual I may be left of centre here, but I think MUNGO means ST holders have to apply for a match day ticket. He was not offering to apply for a ST for ciara.

Gus, Ciara's got a ST - only she never uses it. Well, not yet anyway. If I understand it correctly, Dougal is applying with Ciara's voucher.

That is so, Screach. I'm also applying on your ST voucher and my (ie. Jonno's voucher). This begs a question: does anyone actually sit in their own seat at SJP?

Allison, the trains are still awful and still only per hour as far as I know..they are running, though..... However, I read somewhere that the club was going to look at running extra coaches owing to the date of the game etc.

Ciara
I think the draw for the 3rd round is this weekend.

That might be a question to ask at the AGM, Dougal. would the club ever consider doing an amnesty-type thing to match up people actually using the ST's with the names in the ST books. then again, considering how many people this affects, it might just overwhelm the folks in the NUFC offices. ;-)

Let me know if anything is mentioned about NUFC coaches for the Spurs game, how to book, etc. i tried looking up airfares, but they're ridiculously expensive.

Ciara,

Mungo's mate runs buses to the away games - check with him if there are any spaces.

Well, if there was a ticket spare, I guess I might be in NE for New Year (aren't we playing some cr@p outfit??) and prepared to drive down to Lahndaan. So who needs a lift??

>>>> does anyone actually sit in their own seat at SJP?

Bliddy hell I've just realised - I'm in the WRONG GROUND! So just where is Old Trafford? :-)

OI Sting NO. Cyber Customs warning for you, and be careful that Cyber cop Jonno does not get wind of this e for tickets offer!

What are you on drugs or something?

-- Anonymous, December 09, 2000

The average cost of an e these days is higer than the cost of a pair of tickets anyway so its not that good an offer! Or so I'm told anyway.........

Hey Gus....do you want you newspaper appearance published?
