Does anyone know if there is a card or a combination of cards that would allow for a decent conversion between PAL and NTSC analog tapes? I have both PAL and NTSC TVs and VCRs. I also know that some analog capture cards would allow the PAL/NTSC choise when you capture, so do some decoder cards. How would the quality be? Would PYRO DV500 do the job? the reason to ask is that i have a Hi8 camera and plan to get a DV in the future, and I want to be able to combine analog and DV as well as produce outputs in both PAL and NTSC - ALL just a good unprofessional quality level. u could use the rt2000 card by matrox, or miro dv1000 they'll do your job
