They are selling tickets for £2 each, yes £2 for some celebration or other. No wonder they want to play us every week, how else will they fill their ground. It's just a pity they are above us in the league and don't have any injury worries then I could take the piss.

I notice Geordie on another thread said that there was a program on Neanderthals on last night, maybe the stade de merde was so empty cos they'd all stayed outside the local Dixons to watch it hoping against hope that one day they might achieve that heightened state of being....

Forgot to mention, superkev was in England form last night. Scored a tap in when he thought he offside, and missed 3 or 4 sitters.

The game provided another ample demonstration of their mastery of route 1, and the only concession I'll make is that 34 yr-old Niall Quinn was terrific - they'll have real problems when he packs it in.
