I don't think so, Paul. I honestly think Milne has faded away. KoFE had been posting on TB2KUS, but took exception here on this board to Stephen's "tax protest posts will be deleted". He's really big on "tax protests".

I doubt it's Heller either; Heller's Ego stated on TB2KUS some months ago that he was leaving for parts-MENSA (another board where one had to take a "test" to be able to post).
