The layout of the 7 rooms in "The Masque of the Red Death"

For a school project, we're suppost to really understand where each room is located. I've read the story many times now, and after searching the Internet for several hours, all that I've been able to come up with is that if you were to stand in the doorway of the blue room, you would be able to see the doorway of the black room. My question is, where and how do the other hallways go to make that possible? Does the story mean that you walk 20-30 yards then you turn and walk another 20-30 yards to the next room, or what? Please respond if you can give me details of how the house is, or if you have a drawing of it that you could scan to me, that would be so deeply appreciated.
