Did Edgar Alan Poe write the words "A rose is a rose is a rose, by any other name would smell as sweet"?

I don't know of a poem which has that line in it, but there is a very similar line in Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet' during the famous balcony scene. Is this what you are thinking of?
