It would be interesting to hear from Fritz. How did you pre-champs week of training go? Did the intense focus on O' technique lead to better orienteering?

I can post comments further under the thread I started, but I think the more intense training helped. I was more able to get into a flow and think about how to take controls more safely. While I made some bobbles, they were smaller. After the run, I saw route choices that would have been even faster and safer. Also it was refreshing to see the orange and white bags after the training of just finding the features without the bags.
