dramatic symbolism on the raven

I have a question about dramatic symbolsm on the raven and i just need to know what the raven symbolizes and maybe 2 more things that you could tell methat symbolizes something in "the raven".

The Raven symbolizes the author grieving over the death of Lenore.

In the first two stanzas Poe uses the words December and midnight which are symbolic of the end of something and of change. Everyone connects New Year's with change.

Also, in line 41, "perched upon a burst of Pallas represents the fact that the Raven could have a lot of wisdom. Pallas is the Greek goddess of wisdom.
