I just heard via my colleague Pete Cain down in Luxembourg some good news from Jon Harle of Radio Newcastle : in a few weeks from now they are starting up a new web site "BBC Tyne Online" - "a website especially for Geordies and ex-pat Geordies, including recordings of our radio bulletins." In the meantime Jon Harle says that the Radio Newcastle web site has been revamped at www.bbc.co.uk/radionewcastle. If you want to support this good initiative you could send him a message at john.harle@bbc.co.uk Sounds like a good move to me.. I already replied also asking if they could put on video clips of Look North, like you can watch the Nine/Ten o'clock news aon the main BBC website.
