Was it ever published in English? What was the English title? Is it available? Does anyone know the ISBN?

Le loup-garou is a book of short stories. It has not been published in English. The title story is very funny, about a wolf who gets bitten by the King of Siam and suffers from a reverse sort of lycanthropy - he turns into a man, much more savage than a wolf. Some of the stories feature "The Major". There is probably a case for publishing a collection of Vian's "best" stories" which would include some from Older's trans of Les Fourmis and some of these and some from Le ratichon baigneur and the three at the end of L'Herbe rouge. There is a good bibliography in Julia's Blues for a Black Cat.

Wolf in the City By Oboroten I found a "free" English version in the net. I've written the title for you. If you can't find it, e-mail me and I'll send it to you. Good luck.
