Is there a way through the psx controller of turning off subtitles on VCD's played via a VCD Movie Card ?

There is no way of removing the subtitles which has been burned into a VCD. If there is I would be willing to pay much money for such a program or hardware. I HATE these additional features (logos, subtitles, ads)that spoil my enjoying my movies on VCD. The only exception for subtitles are foreign films.
