i have a readt scan 636i and i have no clue how it works or if i even have the software to it.can someone help me please? thanx

I think the ready Scan 636 is the same as the Epson 636 Scanner. Epson scanner drivers are located here:

As far as software is concerned the onboard Windowss Kodak Imaging software will work.

If you need more sophisticated scanning software there are lots of programs available for purchase.
