AHT Corporation (Nasdaq: AHTC)announced today
that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the
Southern District of New York terminated the
agreement between AHT and BioShield Technologies,
Inc. (Nasdaq: BSTI) dated September 22, 2000 to
purchase substantially all of the assets of AHT
for approximately $15 million in cash and stock.
