Hi Experts, i'm currently using Xing encoder to turn .AVI to .MPEG. but the problem i encounter is that Xing only encodes the 1st 30sec of my .avi file and the job is done? Is there any settings that needs adjustment? My clip is certainly more than 30sec! Thanks in advance for help.

Make sure you are using full/registered verion as opposed to the demo.
