Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I decided this year that I was missing Thanksgiving and decided to buy a small turkey to cook this weekend here in the never-never. I was amazed to find a turkey of 4 kilo's (8.8 pounds) cost me $38 NZ!!! It better be worth it and I better not overcook it! I hate dry turkey.
