Has anyone done some extensive experimenting with this format in WinOnCD or has anyone made the audio only mpegs mentioned in previous posts. I have been trying to master this and I seem to be able to create the vcd ok, except when I put it in the dvd player (Pioneer 303), it garbles or stutters the music. I'm thinking there could be a couple problems. 1.) burning too fast, 2.) media types or 3.) incorrect audio files. For number 3, I have been using 128 or 192 kb mp3 files, but do I have to have 224 kb? could that be causing the problem?

Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thx

I had this same problem. I couldn't figure out what settings the software uses, or if the audio encoding settings could be changed. I also noticed that it places the DAT files in the SEGMENT folder, and not the MPEGAV folder. I wonder if that has anything to do with it..
