Can I have your attention please,

Would the real Michael Silvestre, please stand up.

Or just fall over, whichever comes first.

He doesn't fall over Bobby...he just passes to the opposition....heads across the goal....runs off like a headless chicken while forgetting his role as a United player..etc etc etc. Still..nice to hear The Heart and Soul of football singing for him last night :-)

You mean there were Mags at your game last night?

Nice of Paul Scholes (who I rate very highly) to say that your crowd's been crap of late. And that Keane can slag them off and still get his name sung. Odd lot.

Didn't know Scholsey made that comment!!

Roy Keane huh?....I have my own opinion about him....if I say something like "WANKER" then you'd have a clue as to what it is.

I'm quite happy to tell ya if yer interested :-)

The Ginger Minger was on ITV's 'highlights' and commented that the fans were good at the game, but were a bit crap during the past few.

Nice little dink goal (spit, curse) but their equaliser from the free kick was special. Interesting how Bob 'I'm an Arse' Wilson made every excuse in the world for Barthez and not much praise for the dipping curled shot.

That shot really 'got down' very quick last night, a tremendous goal up there with Scholes' second.

I must admit that there are three MUFC players that I wouldn't mind in our team . Ryan Giggs, Fabian Bartez and Paul Scholes. I would hate to have a nevville, Beckham, Keane or any of the other tossers in in B/W shirt. What about the rest of you?

-- Anonymous, November 22, 2000

Scholes would be a great addition to the team. His workrate is fantastic and he creates and scores goals. Him and Speed would be tops.

But there really isn't any chance he'll give up a place in a sucessful side for a mid-table / edge of UEFA place team. Unless he falls out with Taggart. Fat chance.

Ah, yes but what happens when taggart goes and Moan U fall from grace?

-- Anonymous, November 22, 2000

Rik-

I would take Barthez, Scholes and Karagounis.

LR,

Barthez saved your manure yesterday, hope he doesn't get injured or badly hurt or anything like that before the return in Athens.

-- Anonymous, November 22, 2000

While it's true that Barthez was excellent, it was certainly stupid of me to suggest he gets injured. I didn't mean that, what I meant was perhaps a suspension?

-- Anonymous, November 22, 2000

Well, I'd have Scholes, Beckham and Giggs. And Roy Keane too. But more than anything else, when he's fit, I'd have Yip Yap Stam.

-- Anonymous, November 22, 2000

agree 100% screach......say what you like about spice boy......no left foot, can't head, whatever...them there right wing crosses more than make up for it...........

Q. On what day of the year is Geordie most perplexed ?

A. manure vs makkems day......I still can't work out a way for BOTH of 'em to lose ??? About all I ever hope for is 22 red cards.....

-- Anonymous, November 23, 2000

You can have Keane.

-- Anonymous, November 23, 2000

Two of my mates were on mushrooms when we beat MANU 5-0, they said it was a laugh.

-- Anonymous, November 23, 2000

Screach, you're right about Stam, I think he would fit in perfectly right now. Plus you have the intimidation factor with him. I'll never forget watching a friendly Holland-USA a few years ago when Joe-Max Moore was wrestled to the ground and given an elbow just for laughs by Stam. All Stam got was a caution and Moore got more than that plus a lesson. I've seen Stam do worse but what bothered me was that it was only a friendly.

Just been looking at the Carling Opta Stats and Solano is (and regulaly has been) a close second to David B*****M in the attacking midfielder section.

Who would we rather have in our team, an overpaid, over rated , bad tempered, tosser who craves the attension of the media . Or an extreamly talented, well liked, pleasent mannered little Peruvian?
