The light was almost gone when I took this, so it came out rather flat. I'm trying to figure out how to burn in selections in Photoshop so I can darken the background a bit. (And I was going for a rather unusual pose, but the left hand is in a bit of an awkward position.)

god, she looks as if she is peering anxiously into the eyes of a firing squad. if she was "happily married", these shots must have been taken before the wedding. not your fault, of course; some folks just don't "photograph" well, especially in formal situations.

Angie is single. She was just modeling for me. We were just practicing the "blank stare" school of fashion photography.

I've got other shots with other expressions - I just can't afford to get them scanned. Medium format scans cost me $5 per frame.

An ACER 620 UT is a $99.00 scanner that scans medium format negs and slides fairly well. There may be better scanners out now for the same price.

No, no, that's the "go to hell" stare.....for "blank stare" think "hit over the head with a frying pan".... Just think, mind you....
