Which way will the Florida Supreme Court vote?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : I-695 Thirty Dollar License Tab Initiative : One Thread

Both sides in the presidential race made compelling auguements before the court. The Republicans asked that the court enforce existing statute deadlines and follow the law. The Democrats asked the court to abbrogate their responsibility, make some obscure future deadline, so the dems could steal this election. I am fair and unbiased just as long as Bush wins. Does anyone have other opinions as to how the court should rule?

Well now Rolex, I think the plan should be for fair and BIPARTISAN solution. Here is my solution....

The Florida Supreme Court rules in George's favor, and he then promises to give each (Democratic) Justice some consideration for appointment to the US Supreme Court!

Screw Al, certify George!

My vote is that if AlGore is successful in STEALING the election, the Republicans play political scorched earth. They fight his electoral voters, in all states, to keep him from taking office. I can live with President Hastert.
If that is unsuccessful, they pass no additional continuing resolutions for the next year's budget, and not approve a single ambassador, judge, or other appointment.
Time to fight fire with fire.
