Either the server is down or badly overloaded. Makes sense, I s'pose, what with every news organization on six continents waiting for the Florida Supreme Court decision - probably to be released today.

I found this little tidbit at the court's site...

The Code of Judicial Conduct, which governs the behavior of judges, prohibits the Justices of the Supreme Court from discussing a pending case with members of the public. Please do not call the Court expecting to speak with a Justice about the election cases. If you have a comment to make, please e-mail it to supremecourt@flcourts.org. Thank you.
