Apparently Mook has been putting his money where his mouth is... food money that is...

While Mook is known to chastise his fellow OKers into watching every bite they eat, the same cannot be said for his own diet. Just yesterday, in fact, we were fortunate enough to follow Mook around for a day to record "A Day in the Life of Mook", a documentary film and investigative report - to be aired this winter as part of PBS's Frontline series. Mook was seen making a virtual tour of fast food establishments. We have reason to believe this was a typical day:

8:30am - Hardees - Mook orders 3 egg biscuits and 1 sausage biscuit, 1 raspberry danish, an orange juice, and a carton of milk.

8:50am - Daylight Donuts - Mook tops off his breakfast with 2 chocolate donuts and an apple fritter.

10:35am - Morning Snack at PSI - Mook fires up his first bowl of popcorn, generously topped with butter.

12:10pm - Lunch at the Dairy Queen on 4th Ave. - Mook orders a large malt knowing that he's due for another meal soon...

3:45pm - Afternoon meal at Beto's - 2 chicken enchiladas, 1 bean burrito, extra large carton of curly fries, 2 sopapillas with honey, and a large coke.

4:30pm - Afternoon snack - after finishing off another bucket of popcorn, Mook breaks out the sour cream flavor Fritos.

6:30pm - Dinner at KFC - Mook puts away a 16-piece bucket of chicken parts, chased down by a quart of mashed potatoes, another quart of cole slaw, and spicy fries. He orders the jumbo family combo, which includes 4 large Mountain Dews which Mook happily sucks down in no time at all.

9:00pm - Stuffed after dinner, Mook waits several hours before diving into the Sara Lee Devil's Food cake he has stored in his fridge - ala mode.

11:00pm - after munching on cheesits while watching TNT's Sunday night movie, Mook is off to bed with a plate full of double stuff oreos "in case he gets the munchies at night".

If this is indeed typical fare for the Mookster, and if he has gained 25 pounds over the past month as some of our reports have indicated, it doesn't exactly bode well for his performance at the upcoming state champs. What may be worse is how this gluttony will play out among other heavy user OK members who have been the frequent targets of Mookish harassment.
