Diopters for EOS and A Series Cameras?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Canon EOS FAQ forum : One Thread

I discovered I need a +0 diopter on my Fuji 645 to see the image sharply. The Nikon FM diopters work perfectly. I need to find diopter attachments for EOS and A Series camera to see the ground glass image sharply. Are they available anywhere?

I think I will not have a problem finding a diopter for my A2, and, being AF it's not a major problem. I have two AE1 cameras and I can hardly focus accurately...I'm not blind! but it's just enough "out" that I have to rely on the split image which is not always convenient or fast. Any thoughts?

Well, one though is this is an EOS FAQ forum. You might try looking for a Canon FD forum since your question is off topic here!

With all due respect...my question concerns the fact that I can not see the image I'm trying to focus on!

I asked about EOS camera Diopters...Duh! EOS Forum...read the question! Is that off topic?

Second...If anyone knows of "A" series diopters, such info would be most appreciated...off topic...yes...human kindness?...yes, also!

I didn't think this forum was full of nit-pickers!

Thanks to those who offered assistance...most appreciated.
