I posted this on other boards, but thought I'd post it here also for people who'd like to know the answer to the question, "What music was playing at the beginning of Mars Attacks?" Yesterday, while listening to the radio, I heard this music on National Public Radio! I called my local station and got this information: The artist is "Thievery Corporation." The CD is "The Mirror Conspiracy," and it's a brand new release from ESL. The song is track #3, called "Indra." It's considered Techno music. I went out and bought the CD, and sure enough, this IS the music that's playing at the beginning of Mars Attacks!
