What Constitution or other document gives the Florida Supreme Court the authority to decide who is President? That in effect is what is happening if they overrule the lower court and allow the late ballots to be counted. I will be really surprised if this court exercises Judicial restrain and leaves it alone. This Court has been very liberal and is extremely reluctant for example to impose reasonable attorney fees like in the tobacco settlements.
