A lot of people have probably looked at the WOC 2001 web site already, but there are some nice on-line maps too.

To see the training maps, click on the "training opportunities" link, then the "area map index" link to get a clickable map of the training areas.

There are a variety of terrains. Some look very technical, others not particularly so. One thing that is very apparent is that there isn't really a whole lot of climb on any of the maps. See areas 1 and 8, right next to each other, but rather different-looking.
