Okay, here are a few thoughts of mine that I think may help us in choosing/refining our initial idea. These ideas could symbolise what our final idea is.. Pro's

· The product/service can be replicated easily, i.e. it's not like building cars where one product can be only consumed by one consumer, here one product can be consumed by many. · The Internet frees geography, space and time, i.e. it brings together many markets that once may have been separated by time or location.

· The Internet can produce services that are not presence in the physical world e.g. eBay.

· A good product/service might have high barriers to entry for others considering entering the market.

· The Internet can bring many buyers ans sellers together.
